Before, drawings and after 2200 square foot condo downtown Toronto: The first few photos show the before of this condo- while it was very eclectic in design, the finishes were inexpensive and dated. The kitchen cabinets were very old and painted a dull grey that was chipped- they had to go!
This wall between the kitchen and dining room made the condo feel small and “choppy.” It was not a structural load bearing wall, so it was easy to remove, once the necessary approvals were obtained from the condo board.
Poor location for the fridge and a strange ceiling fixture.
How lucky are these clients to have such a huge space to entertain in- a good view of the wall that blocked the kitchen from the rest of the space.
Now the fun began- time to get busy designing, sourcing and building.
